Download the extension. Usually comes as a zip file. Extract the files into their own folder.
Step 1: Open the Chrome extension page “chrome://extensions/” and turn on “Developer mode”
Step 2: Select “Load Unpacked” (extension) and point it to the extension folder or just drag and drop the extension folder
Done! The extension is installed and you are ready to go. and its icon will appear in the Chrome Menu to the right of the address bar.
